When setting up the repair date, one of the operators inadvertently told me the shuttle begins at 7am. When I arrived I discovered that it was a 7:30 start. I had an 8AM meeting at my house so I mentioned my dilemma to the service director as a suggestion to fix the source of misinformation. Without me asking, he took it further and got me a ride at 7:07. I made my meeting and the rest is history. That’s how to build customer relations. Word of mouth is way better than commercials, especially with that weird puppies and babies nonsense that pushes customers away. I’ve always hated rIdiculous ads like that “huge” guy who I never purchased from. I want intelligence and support. I got both from your service department. The balance is price and practicality. I deliberately won’t check either at places with ridiculous ads. More
