Dropped car off for oil change. Came back near closing time. Person who took my key was not there and they couldn't find the key After looking around they found it and realized th Came back near closing time. I returned the next day... customer service on the phone was great...and worked with the same person who lost my key the previous day. He didn't mention not putting my car in the queue but did hit Accept for me to indicate my acceptance of an oil change that was 50 percent more than prior and than was quoted on the web. I waited one hour and received my car, but it had not been washed. Paid much more to get less. Won't be back. More
