I was at the dealership four weeks earlier and would have appreciated if I was told my inspection was running out the following month so I could make a decision to pull the inspection up a month to avoid an hour drive. In the future, please let your customers know of a situation like mine and give them the option to come back, or pull the inspection up a month. More

I booked the appointment through the website with a coupon. They tried to charge me double the price and they told me that the price is not right. They also didn’t put the tag and didn’t reset.
