We brought in the car two times prior for a problem that they couldn’t diagnose. I figured out the problem and brought them the car and the part to fix it (which was bought from them through a mechanic, who they couldn’t diagnose. I figured out the problem and brought them the car and the part to fix it (which was bought from them through a mechanic, who didn’t feel comfortable installing it). They were non communicative and when they were badgered into talking to us, they were going to try diagnose again. When we asked them to just install the genuine Kia part, they said they weren’t sure that would fix the problem (that they couldn’t diagnose twice before) and they didn’t replace the part. It was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. Ever. More

After making the original appointment, I received an email in confirmation. A few days ahead of the appointment I received a telephone call. The caller was understandable, pleasant, and efficient.
