Dropped car off on Thursday at 8:30 appointment they did not see the car until Monday at 1 p.m. 101 hours after drop off ended up just needing an oil change all communication started with me and not from th not see the car until Monday at 1 p.m. 101 hours after drop off ended up just needing an oil change all communication started with me and not from the dealership very poor scheduling process. Car returned with ice throughout the windshield wipers had to clean off at the dealership if you can't honor your appointments you shouldn't change how you schedule More
