Service not as promised. Took several attempts to contact service provider. Getting status updates on service was a task, very frustrating. Preview cost was not provided. Time it took for the service provide service provider. Getting status updates on service was a task, very frustrating. Preview cost was not provided. Time it took for the service provided was unnecessary and inconviencing. However, whenever I did make contact with service provided all my questions were politely answered and they did provided complementary shuttles, even though I had to wait hours after the promised time for pick up. Overall very disappointing. 4/10 More
