My experience was great. The sales person Amy impressed me form the first day I met her. She spoke to us when we came on the lot and we left to visit some other dealerships and weren’t pleased so we decid me form the first day I met her. I gave this rating due to the fact there were a couple of items I requested to have done and they were not. I'd originally brought my car in to the collision center and then I brought it in for the oil chan items I requested to have done and they were not. I'd originally brought my car in to the collision center and then I brought it in for the oil change while it was in there and I had left a note to have the rear passenger seat seating to be checked since it kept setting the alarm off that was not checked and when it was in the collision for the collision center since it was hit in the rear driver's side that was supposed to have been an alignment done and it was done at neither place so I wasn't too happy about that. More
