I left 6-8 voicemails (and messages with multiple people) and received one follow up. I left a message asking for the service manage to call me and he never did. I sent three text messages through the iService and receive one reply that wasn’t a status update. My calipers have needed replacement twice now over the course of less than three months. The multi point inspection is a joke. I have yet to see a single video inspection that claim they will send. My car leaves with a new problem every time. More

Last experience was great. This one much less than. Had to drop off because of the recall. Was on a time crunch picking up after work. Called to pay so I could just pick up. Cashier answered main line after pushing 0 and assured me she’d have my keys for an easy pick up. Walk in she makes me go to service to get. Have to wait in line then service rep who knew I was in a rush had audacity to ask me to review survey with him. More

The service center seems to be lacking these days.
