Unbelievable.Over heard employees swearing as they walked in the waiting area. The waiting area is dirty and the chair arms are all damaged. We were in a bit of a bind to quickly replace our current vehicle. This Dealership as well as our Salesman was very professional in all aspects of our visit and subsequent purchase process. I was told by another local Kia dealership that my engine would need to be replaced in my 2013 Kia Forte. I asked how long it would take and they informed me they did not know and to drive it until I could would need to be replaced in my 2013 Kia Forte. I asked how long it would take and they informed me they did not know and to drive it until I could not drive it anymore. I asked about a rental and they said no the warranty from Kia would not pay the dealership for a rental to do it on my own. I called the Kia corporation and they suggested I take my care to another Kia dealership so I called Destination and they took my car right in. I left Destination with a rental, no questions asked. After a thorough check, I was informed that my cylinder heads needed to be replaced which meant the engine had to be replaced. My engine was ordered and after 3 months my car was fixed and returned to me. Destination Kia went above and beyond. I had a rental for the entire time, they kept in contact with me, and took my phone calls whenever I called. Imagine having a rental for 3 months and a brand new engine and walking away paying zero dollars, what a great feeling. I thank Rich and Jarrod (I hope I spelled that correctly) from Destination Kia and Josh, the rental agent from Destination Nissan. I will now travel to get my car serviced with you and for my future purchase next year. More

My car was in for a recall by KIA. I felt that the sales person was looking for something else they could find to fix. I just wanted to have the recall fixed. I found outdoors at the dealership to be poor (dirty) Cig buts all over. The area has not been cleaned up in a long time. Not a good first impression if were my first time at the dealership. More

Honestly, I expected to come in get the run around, sit for 4 hours, get denied or hustled for less car and more money..I was actually highly impressed..Pulled in the lot on a Wednesday, drove off on Thurs for 4 hours, get denied or hustled for less car and more money..I was actually highly impressed..Pulled in the lot on a Wednesday, drove off on Thursdsy and only because of my work schedule and getting to the dealer closer to closing..Half an hour in and out...Thanks Tommy Carrington More
