Michael greeted my with a friendly and professional manner. I arrived early and was immediately put on the "Work Board" with an expected time of completion. I loved receiving the video text on my sma manner. I arrived early and was immediately put on the "Work Board" with an expected time of completion. I loved receiving the video text on my smart phone to see exactly what was being done to my Sportage. I was there for an oil change and the mechanic, showed me where mice had gotten into my air filter and I was given the option to replace it, which I did. I highly recommend the Service Department at Destination Kia. More
