I went to your show room in October November wanting to test drive a Seltos not needing another Kia but fighting with myself to treat myself to a new one. He had the gentleman in the back detail the car and they placed a big red bow on it. Very expensive compared to local shops. Communication is good, but I was able to get a service done for half the cost elsewhere. An alignment was recommended for brakes and rotors whereas that isn’t a neces good, but I was able to get a service done for half the cost elsewhere. Last year they said my sway bar link was needing replacement, never had the work done and have been back twice and no mention of sway bar links... upselling is part of an inspection because they lose money on a clean inspection, or in my case where I only needed a lightbulb.
