Good friendly service for my Kia Sorento 6 month oil change - only issue was they forgot to run the car through the wash and I had to wait longer for someone to pull it into the wash bay - then no one c change - only issue was they forgot to run the car through the wash and I had to wait longer for someone to pull it into the wash bay - then no one came out to pull it out so it was left running in the wash bay - I finally had to squeeze by the wet wash sponges to retrieve the car myself....somebody was not paying attention on that one. More

My wife and I leased (2)-2021 Kia Sportage’s this past Saturday. Kenny, our sales rep was great. My only issue was I repeatedly told Kenny, that I could not go over $270/month. Adam (business manager) said payments would be $ 285/month and there wasn’t anything he could do about it??!! A rep called me today from the Kia location, I told him the same thing and he said he would see what he could do, 4 hours later, and no phone call yet.... More
