I am totally unhappy with this past visit. Third time I had the vehicle in for the same service and cost me a fee. Marshall was very accommodating and did reduce the cost, however one of the other service had the vehicle in for the same service and cost me a fee. Marshall was very accommodating and did reduce the cost, however one of the other service reps was rude and dismissive if my concerns. There is something obviously wrong with the engine for the problem to occur 3 times. A 2017 vehicle should not be running out of oil. I will not be ever purchasing another Kia. Very disappointed in the vehicle. If I have had something back 3 times obviously lemon laws should be looked at. I purchased every extended warranty known to man and yet nothing is ever covered. One time I had to have the extended coverage I got through my insurance company cover service. I believe I keep getting dismissed in order that my warranty runs out and Kia does not have to cover anything. Gimmicks and lies and total disappointment. I will state again that Marshall is an asset to your company and this is not a bad review of him. It’s a bad review of the service department. Oh and one more thing. I referred 3 people who purchased vehicles and never got referral fees. More
