Got in and got out, which is the most important part of getting serviced. Service rep was friendly and answered my questions. The process for buying the car was great. The car service on the other hand was horrendous. I addressed the situation to have the necessary parts repaired and they rescheduled me twice within almost a three on the other hand was horrendous. I addressed the situation to have the necessary parts repaired and they rescheduled me twice within almost a three week period because “the girl on the phone doesn’t know what she’s doing.” Never even giving me a call before hand to let me know that my car was going to take a few hours, and then sending me home with nothing done, twice! They offered a free car wash, but that added insult to injury. Upon arrival the second time, they kept directing me to the Nissan services , even though I mentioned I purchased the vehicle from Kia. I find that the issues I wanted addressed with my car have still been a problem for me. I will soon return with my car to have it serviced, but the issues I wanted addressed in the first place need to be resolved. More
