We had a very bad experience with the service department and will be reaching out in the days to come. What we were being charged for after extensive diagnostic and work was done for an issue that never res and will be reaching out in the days to come. What we were being charged for after extensive diagnostic and work was done for an issue that never resolved was absolutely ridiculous. We were quoted $650 to basically replace a gasket. We took it to a different mechanic immediately after and the part cost $22 plus an hour labor. There’s more detail involved with our experience than can be thoroughly conveyed here but we hope to hear from someone because our initial experience was even more bizarre and disappointing al though an effort was made to correct the price error of our first visit; the second visit to follow up on an issue that was to be addressed in the first visit but was not - even though we spent over $1000- made for a really disappointing experience unfortunately. More

I’ve been a client of Destination KIA since February 2015 and I’m a very satisfied client. The associates who have attended to me have always been respectful, professional and courteous. We love the Kia Soul, which is why we keep leasing a new one every three years! Service at Destination Kia is always professional, thorough and accommodating.
