Not pleased with the service department again. The first time i dropped my car off to be repaired 2 weeks ago right before service opened, I called to them them know my car was there right when they opened, time i dropped my car off to be repaired 2 weeks ago right before service opened, I called to them them know my car was there right when they opened, the guy verified my vehicle and stated it was already being worked on. I was told it was going to be a 2 day stay for my car, so i called the next night to check on it and there was no record of my car being there or a repair order to begin with. My car sat in front of Kia with the keys in it the whole time. I didn’t know there was a drop box but at that point i didn’t honk it mattered because i was told my car was already being checked out when i called the first time. 2 weeks later i bring my car in again to get the issue fixed that was never repaired the first time, and i was supposed to receive a rental. When i got there the person i spoke to had no knowledge of that,(i was told Dustin knew the whole situation and apparently he did not.) I was not given any communication on my car until Mike from sales questioned them for me. Then i finally received a call. Lack of communication always seems to be the issue. As well as trying to get in touch with the service department when calling in. I can never get through to speak to someone. It either goes to voicemail or someone will pick up and say hold on and again it will just go to voicemail. Over dealing with this department!!! More
