Buying our Kia was fast and easy, It was after the sale that was awful. When we go home that night there was a flyer in the mail that your dealership would make the first payment up to five hundred dollars that was awful. When we go home that night there was a flyer in the mail that your dealership would make the first payment up to five hundred dollars, the next morning my wife called and we asked for our salesman, he was off for two days, no problem we waited five days before he called us back.. he said he would ask the sales manager, three or four days past and he called back, his story was the contract was signed and he couldn;t do anything about it.. so we asked to speak to the general manager, again that never happened.. soi asked to talk to James Morell, the owner.. that never happened. I feel that we have been lied to and cheated. We could of gone down the road and saw Billy Fuccilo but we have bought two cars from you and been treated fairly in the past.. guess next time we wont be back to your dealership, whats your motto,, sell them and forget them, tony hoos More

Honestly displeased and will not be going back. Was advised that my vehicle needed certain services other then what I went in for. Was told certain things needed to be done when in fact after bringing advised that my vehicle needed certain services other then what I went in for. Was told certain things needed to be done when in fact after bringing it to a mom and pop shop the next day, those services did not need to be done. I don’t know if this had to do with gender and thinking women are gullible to these type of things. Went in for an oil change and inspection, came out with an estimated bill of $1200 for things that did not need to be done to my vehicle. More
