I despise car shopping, but Dillion made the process exceptionally easy and as quick as he could! He showed us the vehicles we wanted to see, offered suggestions, was respectful and worked to get us wh exceptionally easy and as quick as he could! My wife and I had a phenomenal experience with Destination Kia. We worked with Mel. He was personable, knowledgeable, and relatable. He wasn't pushy and was the most transparent salesmen we've eve Destination Kia. We worked with Mel. He was personable, knowledgeable, and relatable. He wasn't pushy and was the most transparent salesmen we've ever had the pleasure of working with. The entire process of us browsing, speaking with a salesmen, agreeing on a price, signing documents, etc. took less than two stress-free hours. It was genuinely easy! We're LOVING our 2021 Seltos S, and we'd recommend Destination Kia and Mel to anyone looking to get into a new or used vehicle. More

Was at dealership just about 4 hrs. although price was agreed upon after approx. 15 mins. Sales person, Damon, was rude & not helpful in advising why it took so long, what the hold up was. More or less, agreed upon after approx. 15 mins. Sales person, Damon, was rude & not helpful in advising why it took so long, what the hold up was. More or less, he was nonchalant with a too bad for you, attitude. I tracked down the financial person who told me at approx 3-1/2 hrs later that everything was approved & so shouldn't be much longer. He said he thought sales person, Damon, had advised me. The saver was another sales person, Gianni, who was very apologetic, even though he had nothing to do with issues of other sales person, and wanted to help in anyway. He was the main reason I did not walk out. I've bought quite a few new vehicles in my lifetime but was never treated so rudely, even yo the point of keys for vehicle just bring dropped on table and attitude of there, go on out & find your vehicle by yourself. The rear license plate bracket was installed upside down, the vehicle appeared to have scratches on it however once again Gianni was passing by and went and got some cleaner/polish that buffed out marks that were not scratches. Also, the gas tank was on total Empty, I had to go to gas station down street & put gas in. The only reason there are any 'stars' is due to Customer Satisfaction Mgr., Justin, who called me 2 days later. More
