Overall, it was a positive experience. One complaint is that we made an appointment online to check out a specific car, but the sales team wasn't expecting us and didn't seem prepared. It also kinda felt like he was in a hurry and was doing us a favor by letting us test drive the car. In the end, we bought the car from him (thanks in part to the sales manager, whose name I don't remember, who helped push the deal passed the line) and love it, but it was a bit of a rough first impression.
