The first salesperson I worked with claimed not to be aware of the (dealership/Kia) offer and seemed unwilling to help me. I asked him about the procedure to buy my current vehicle--he said he wasn't sure. He did say he was "quite new here" I'd say new and dis-interested in helping me. I have a high level of confidence in Destination Kia. Indeed less than a week ago, on my recommendation my sister came 120 miles to make a purchase of a 2020 Soul there. She had previously visited 3 other Kia dealerships. The day I have mentioned I left after 2 hours, unhappy and frustrated. But any business sometimes makes a mistake in hiring. So Jan. 2nd, the last day of the promotion I returned, and was extremely happy with the attitude and service --and went home with a new 2020 Soul.
