Very disappointed, will never do business with them again I purchased a new Kia and made it clear from the 1st introduction that I was looking to build a relationship with a new dealership, that will not be t I purchased a new Kia and made it clear from the 1st introduction that I was looking to build a relationship with a new dealership, that will not be the case. Prior to stepping foot into Destination Kia, I had acquired an Instant Loan through SEFCU. It had a very good APR with a loan # and it came with an information sheet with explanation of how the finance manager needed to execute it I asked her why we were filling out a new SEFCU loan application? I told her I didnt need a new loan, that I had one. She told me is was just a part of the process. Once the purchase agreement was printed it had an APR% that was .5% higher. When I pointed that out I was told that SEFCU usually does incentives based on payment options and that I could straighten it out with my lender after the purchase. Both of my concerns were quickly brushed aside. As it turns out they did infact open a new loan, against my specific instructions. It took me the next morning to work with SEFCU to merge the two loans, much to my inconvenience. When I approached my salesmen about the problem, he did nothing to mend the relationship, wouldn't acknowledge the mistake, and brushed me off even when I emailed him evidence from SEFCU of the clear mistake made by Destination Kia. He also never applied my $500 down payment to the purchase, and I personally had to discover it was sitting in limbo and have asked for a refund of it several times now. If I hadn't been diligent post purchase, I would be out $1,200 right now ($500 down payment and $700 with of APR over 6 years). I am very displeased and Destination Kia wont even apologize. I will never go back there and will be leaving this review on every search engine, car site, and social media outlet I can access. This could of been the beginning of a strong relationship moving forward, but sadly it has been ruined beyond repair More

Everyone that we worked with always greeted us with a smile and a handshake and seemed genuinely happy to have our business (not always the case at other dealerships).
