Destination Kia, Please Get More Organized Everyone at the dealership is super friendly, Matt was not pushy and he was for the most part easy to communicate with if I had questions. I just wish Everyone at the dealership is super friendly, Matt was not pushy and he was for the most part easy to communicate with if I had questions. I just wish I had been given more direction and help through this process. I basically had to do most things myself. I found the loan myself and had to make sure multiple times that the dealership sent over the right paperwork to the credit union (which they did super last minute). My credit union was basically the only ones helping me through this. I was in correspondence with them and told exactly what to obtain from the dealership. Everything was unorganized. Both when the credit union called the dealership and I called the dealership, we would just be transferred around. It was extremely frustrating. Thankfully, Matt and Destination Kia were accommodating and sent a driver to deliever my car to me. The courtesy driver, Kevin O’Brien, was great and super understanding even when he had to wait 3+ hours for me to get out of work because he was told the wrong drop off time. What I would recommend to Destination Kia is this: Give buyers clear instructions or even a checklist of the steps that must be completed by both the salesperson and the buyer. This list should include the materials they need to obtain/bring such as insurance binder, license, registration, title of trade in vechicle etc. For example, I had no idea I had to get an insurance binder until my credit union told me, I didn’t know I had to bring the title to by trade, and I didn’t know what Matt was supposed to be supplying my credit union with so when there were missing forms last minute we were on the phone with the dealership getting transferred around. More

Great Customer Service As soon as you walk in the door, the sales staff are there to assist you, but don't overwhelm you, which is a pleasant change from other dealerships! Mark was Amazing Mark was great to work with - he even a sent a text on his day off to answer a question for me. I would highly recommend him to any of my family/friends. My 2 downsides to the Destination experience 1 - there was an older man that was not very nice to one of the employees in front of me. I personally as an Office Manager would have pulled her aside to discuss the issue instead of doing it on the sales floor. 2 - I called to ask a question about financing on Marks day off and Heidi in finance said there was 3 finance mangers and I was not 1 of the 150 she had on her desk. Instead of trying to help me she told me to reach out to Mark on his cell. More
