I would highly recommend him to any of my family/friends. My 2 downsides to the Destination experience 1 - there was an older man that was not very nice to one of the employees in front of me. I personally as an Office Manager would have pulled her aside to discuss the issue instead of doing it on the sales floor. 2 - I called to ask a question about financing on Marks day off and Heidi in finance said there was 3 finance mangers and I was not 1 of the 150 she had on her desk. Instead of trying to help me she told me to reach out to Mark on his cell. More

Each time I inquired about features I was told 'it wasn't in my price range' without even quoting me. I was definitely willing to talk prices. After I had purchased my vehicle and got in to drive it away, my sales man told me "oh yeah, your model doesn't have Sirius XM anymore, sorry". The model that I drove did have XM and I obviously assumed this was standard since my last car had it. Also, my last 3 Hyundais had it as well. Anyways..... lesson learned. On a side note - The service people are great. Never had an issue in 3 years. Friendly and informative. More
Nicest Dealership I've ever worked with! I was in a tight spot and needed to replace my car. I found a vehicle on the website that was at their dealership, but when I test drove the car, th I was in a tight spot and needed to replace my car. I found a vehicle on the website that was at their dealership, but when I test drove the car, the seats didn't afford me the comfort I needed for my bad back. Jonathan and Shawn spent time finding the right car that allowed me to adjust the seats to accommodate my back issues. They offered it to me for a good deal. The whole transaction was one of the easiest one I've ever had. I will definitely go back when it's time for my next car. More

I took my mom, Coll I’ve always hated going places that involved sales. It’s intimidating. It’s frustrating. I always avoided it or dreaded the idea. I took my mom, Colleen, to but a car at Kia. I enjoyed their options online for leasing and I knew of them because of the catchy commercial. We walked in to a very clean, open and inviting show room. We met Jake who at first I thought belonged back in diapers because of his age but he turned out to be the perfect guy for us. I walked in and told him exactly what I wanted and he had it waiting for us outside in under 5 minutes. The process was easy. Seamless. From Jake to his supervisor and the financing process. Everyone was kind and easy to work with. Jake was personable. He made us feel comfortable. He was honest which was something you need at a time like that. I would absolutely recommend Jake and his company to friends and family. Thank you destination Kia for putting Colleen in her very first brand new vehicle! More

Easiest car deal I have ever made I was in a tight spot and needed a new car so I started looking around at midsize cars I came across destination Kia I have heard good things and the I was in a tight spot and needed a new car so I started looking around at midsize cars I came across destination Kia I have heard good things and they did not disappoint Rob Bucher help me figure out what size car I wanted and what options work good for me I ended up getting the Kia forte. When I showed up to the dealership everyone was very nice including the lady at the information desk I sat down and I was promptly greeted by Rob and he went over everything for my new car he was super helpful Answering any questions that I had an even pointed out some things that I forgot to ask about if I ever have to buy another vehicle it will definitely be a Kia from destinations Kia and I would suggest going to Rob again More
