Disorganized Destination Kia has some of the absolute friendliest people that you’ll meet in a car dealership. Unfortunately,the various service departments are in Destination Kia has some of the absolute friendliest people that you’ll meet in a car dealership. Unfortunately,the various service departments are incredibly disjointed. I had a bad experience in the past which made me swear off of them. My wife and I had purchased 4 Suzuki’s prior to them becoming a Kia dealer. I really liked the Kia product and warranty so my wife and I purchased 2 vehicles. My wife got hers a year prior but had to talk me in to giving Destination another try. Unfortunately, it became another big hassle. Maybe I just have terrible luck. I’m not a demanding or high maintenance customer but for some reason, the dealership just doesn’t work for me. More

DIllon Wagner is a true car salesman for the people! It was nearing time to turn in my Soul that I had leased through Destination Kia with the assistance of Dillon Wagner. Whenever I would bring it in fo It was nearing time to turn in my Soul that I had leased through Destination Kia with the assistance of Dillon Wagner. Whenever I would bring it in for it's service, Dillon always took the time to ask me how I liked the car. So when it came time to turn it in I decided I wished to buy a vehicle again rather than lease, so I went straight to Dillon and within twenty minutes he had me in the seat of the car I wanted. I could buy my Kia at many dealerships....but only one has Dillon! I also must mention that Destination Kia's service dept is top notch! that too had a bit to do with my second purchase there. Thanks for making car shopping fun! More

Poor Time Management and Communication Overall, my experience with Destination KIA was extremely poor. I visited Tuesday and determined the vehicle I desired, a preowned 2013 KIA Rio. I was Overall, my experience with Destination KIA was extremely poor. I visited Tuesday and determined the vehicle I desired, a preowned 2013 KIA Rio. I was told to pick up the car Thursday. On Thursday, I attempted to contact my salesman only to get no response until the end of the day telling me it was not ready. Friday came, and they had several questions for me regarding insurance which should have been resolved before picking up. The car had some damage to the seats and windshield, which they offered to repair. They said they would give me a loan car and fix both issues in the day. After two hours wait, I was told I could not get a loaner due to my age(20) Both my sister, mother and I have purchased our vehicles at Destination KIA. However, we will not be returning. More

Great Family Friendly Experience While waiting to have our vehicle serviced, Rich noticed us struggling to keep our two children (ages: 15 months and 3 weeks) calm. Our 15 month old w While waiting to have our vehicle serviced, Rich noticed us struggling to keep our two children (ages: 15 months and 3 weeks) calm. Our 15 month old wanted to venture around the facilities and was throwing a temper tantrum because we wouldn't allow her to. While that was happening our 3 week old was also being very fussy and crying. Without thinking twice, Rich came over to give us a hand. He talked and played with our 15 month old allowing us time to tend to our newborn and get her back to sleep. Afterwards he even gave us expert tips on ways to soothe newborns from his past experiences with his now 19 year old daughter. Rich made us feel welcomed and at ease which we as new parents appreciated very much. Rich wasn't even the service advisor that was working with us which makes this all the more special. Thank you Rich for your great service and thank you Destination Kia for employing such kind, family friendly staff. More
