Awesome Experience! Kenny Lau was my salesperson and he was awesome! I told him what I wanted and was willing to pay and 2019 he got me was in my limits. Although I changed my mind/cars three different times , Kenny was patient and extremely helpful. He got me a vehicle that was right for me. The best thing is that there was no pressure!! Kenny gives a thorough explanation for everything. Kenny is "the man"! A couple of the managers stopped by to say "hi" and were great to talk to. They recognized me from prior purchases. Superior and knowledgeable service We went in to discuss options to ether buy out the lease or lease a new car. We were already over mileage and had months to go till the lease was up. We arrived on a Sunday thinking this location was still open, but the sales manager was happy to answer our questions and layout what realalistic options to remain within our budget could be. We left an hour later with a fantastic new lease deal. We dealt directly with the sales manager, after hours, on a Sunday, who does that?! Destination Kia in Albany does!! More
