Awesome. Easy. Carefree. I went to Destination Kia with a specific goal in mind, which was to lease a 2019 Kia Forte at the special price noted on the website. Price was most I went to Destination Kia with a specific goal in mind, which was to lease a 2019 Kia Forte at the special price noted on the website. Price was most important to me so I wasn’t in the mood to be flexible or look at other options or models. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with a smile by Rob, who asked me what I was looking to accomplish that day. I told him I was interested in a lease at the price noted online and would like to hear more about that as well as take a test drive. Rather than try to push me in a direction that might make him more money or towards a more expensive car, but rather excitedly shared his thoughts on the deal and how great of a car it was specifically for the price. He took me on a test drive and spent a good deal of time going over all of the impressive features and explaining how they worked, like sport mode out on the highway. When we got back to the dealership I wanted to move forward with the lease. Rob made everything easy and we were able to accomplish everything in a total of about 2 hours from arrival to delivery. I had special circumstances and needed to come back at a later date and rob made sure I was all set with the paperwork I needed in order to get the special, as it was the last day it was available. Henry made the finance discussion simple and easy and was cordial while doing so. He explained our various service options in depth and how they would affect the monthly payment, if at all. Overall I had an amazing experience and recommended the dealership to a friend the very next day when she said she needed a new car. More
