How the car buying process should be! I walked into Kia already knowing what I wanted in a car. I wanted it to be safe, reliable, and have some “bells and whistles” as I call them. Upon entering I was greeted and was placed with Josh R. He was very friendly and helpful. He was honest, and friendly which is not something you always find when your car shopping. He spent a lot of time with me and explained everything. He was so patient and I am very thankful for that! Because he was so easy to work with I made the split decision to say the heck with car shopping at other dealerships and decided in that moment I was going to get the Kia. We figured out the best model for my price range and he made it happen(along with the very helpful sales manager). Huge thanks to the whole crew for providing an excellent experience!
