I was not happy that my five year old 55,000 mile Sportage needed a new AC compressor. Not happy at all. Purchased 5days and door handle came off while on vacation. Could not be fixed right away which I understood but totally unimpressed with the lack of empathy from both dealerships employees who could vacation. Could not be fixed right away which I understood but totally unimpressed with the lack of empathy from both dealerships employees who could have cared less that a 73 year old would have great difficulty climbing over the gear shift to open the passenger door from the inside. Not the fact that it couldn’t be repaired right away but the way I was dismissed by both employees. Not good customer service in my opinion. Will not service my car at kia More
