Felt like no one listened to me Albany KIA dealer bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot on 10/20/2017 Made an appointment to do a test drive for one of the jeeps. test drive goes good alre Albany KIA dealer bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot on 10/20/2017 Made an appointment to do a test drive for one of the jeeps. test drive goes good already did my research just needed to test drive it to make sure i wanted it. when done told the sales guy i was going to leave a down payment and to give me the sale paper to give to my credit union so they could cut the check but he insisted try to go thru them and they could do better told them it was not happening so he comes back and tells me i need 5 thousand down i told him no so after spending an extra hour for them to under stand filnely get what i need for my credit union. so day comes i bring in the check and no one seems to now how to do the sales or listen to me again so i spend another couple hours waiting on them. they did not offer anything for wasting my time only reason i staded with it was because i wanted the jeep. must be a great place note to listen to the customers and still be in business More
