I have been to this dealer before, they are very good - the kind of dealership you are happy to have on your side for warranty work. Everything Charles told me about the car was true and the dealership did a great job of doing the interstate paperwork prior to my arrival so all I had to do was check out the car, pay for it and drive it home. And even though the train was late and I arrived after closing time, they were still there waiting for me. An incredibly positive experience. More

A Memorable & All Around Great Experience I recently lost my 2011 Kia Soul in a freak flood in Albany. My car was towed to your Service department. I had to retrieve my plates and anything s I recently lost my 2011 Kia Soul in a freak flood in Albany. My car was towed to your Service department. I had to retrieve my plates and anything salvageable from my car. A Very nice young man by the name of Roy Boxie, found my keys and took me to my car. His conversation was very pleasant as was his smile and professionalism. (Not something you always get from folks in the service department). Needless to say, when we opened the car door, the smell of sewer water almost knocked us over. He immediately said,"looks like your getting a new car." (It was deemed a total loss.) I got my plates and upon returning to the waiting area, I said it was a pleasure doing business & I'd probably never see him again. He smiled and said, "Oh, you will!" He was right! Two weeks later after considering a new car payment or being subject to public transportation, I returned to purchase a new vehicle. I was fortunate to have previous dealings with the Sales & Finance Department. Dwayne Ingram and Lou Guerra were once again, gracious in assisting me with the whole process. Both friendly & professional. I couldn't be more happy with how quick and easy they made this experience. I am in an affordable car payment and sitting in my third vehicle from your business!! While waiting to sign papers for my new car, I ran into Roy. He laughed and said,"I told you I'd see you again!" I couldn't do anything but laugh. I absolutely LOVE my 2010 Kia Forte. This was my first time to visit the Kia Destination due to the recall of the seat belt of my car Suzuki. He showed me where the service area was. Kenny Lau who was at the service area was nice too, he explained to me what has to be done in my car and the maintenance of my car. But when I was waiting for my car in the waiting room as a I went outside browsing around what kind of brand new cars you have outside. It happened that I look at the KIA SPORTAGE and I feel in love with the style and kind of the car. So I decied to trade in my red Zusuki with Red KIA SPORTAGE. More

Chris was polite and really listened to what I wanted and did everything he could to find a car I'd like. He made sure to show me how to use all of the bells and whistles and even set up my Bluetooth once it was ready. It was much past closing time and he did not rush me out or cut corners to get me out of there. Excellent customer service from him. I'd definitely go back and purchase a car from him again! More
