Very great experience I came into the dealership thinking I was wasting my time because I have been always turned away for credit reasons. Before anything he offered me refreshments and a seat which made me feel very welcome. I think that was a first being treated like a priority and not a sale. He said I'll be right back after I explained what I wanted. I waited for 2 min and he came back with keys to a 2011 Kia Forte. He then took me out to test drive the car and right away i knew that this car was exactally what I was looking for to the t. I was surprised at how new the car was and thought this is to good to be true, that no one would finance a 11,000 dollar car with my credit. He assured me everything was good and said we can have this ready for you by the end of the day. Well to cut to the point they fought for me with seven banks and succeeded getting me financing and also got me a great insurance rate thru geico. I mean I have never experienced this in a dealership ever. I thought it was a scam but knew it wasn't when I was signing the loan paper work. I just want people like Peter karian to be recognized because in my eyes this is what all dealerships should be doing for people who need help. Yes there are bad people but also ones that made mistakes and need someone to take a chance and help them get what they need. I am so grateful and will go back to Peter karian for my next car and recommend my friends and family to go see him. He even gave me his personal number in case I couldn't get through to him at the dealership. Great job Peter I'm a raving fan. More

The Kia Soul Journey I was mailed an offer to come into the dealership to see if I could get in a new car. On Saturday morning I was approached by salesman, Henry. Very nice guy, personable, and after some conversation, knew what I was looking to purchase, a KIA Soul. We went for a test drive and got a great feel for the car. I expressed interest and the search for my exact car began. I was either looking for the Alien Green or Shadow Black. Henry came back with the Shadow Black and I fell in love with it. We started the negotiation, and after some give and take on both sides and a strong willingness to assist me in getting a car, a deal was finalized. More

When I walked in the greeter welcomed us, set me up with our salesman Gene Gardy. Gene was amazing with us and ensured all my questions were addressed and went above and beyond to show me every detail of the car. He made it a priority to ensure I got the car I said I would have liked when we sat at the table. Other KIA dealership just pushed a vehicle on me. I didn’t settle, I got what I wanted. That has never happened to me at prior dealerships. The finance guy, name escapes me at this time, was amazing as well. I was treated as a person and was able to work with me to get the right pricing I wanted to pay. I was stunned it wasn’t a take it or leave it situation again. I am very happy I stayed with the KIA family. This dealership just reinforces my belief in good people. I waited in the guest area for my new car and every employee walking by said hello, asked if we needed anything while we waited, brought us a paper to ease the wait. They didn’t do this just with me but with every customer who was in the building while I was there. I wasn’t in the waiting area long but thought it was important for you to know they excel. They really do. More
