I leased a 2015 Kia Optima EX on 3/29/15 I initially went there for a Nissan Altima, Rhett had me test drive and the Altima and also the Optima he was very knowledgeable, professional and patient :) because after explaining all the great options and features of the Optima that the Altima didn't have I was up in the air as to what vehicle to lease. At the end money talks and he was able to get me an affordable monthly payment also my auto insurance ended up going down $87 bucks a month so I left there a VERY happy customer. I'm also a credit consultant at a credit union and deal with dealerships and salesman all the time and Rhett and his colleagues were AWESOME. I would recommend Destination Kia and Rhett to all my friends, family and future members. More

Great overall experience! I had been needing/looking for a new used car for about a month. I was feeling very overwhelmed with the choices, prices and everything else that mus I had been needing/looking for a new used car for about a month. I was feeling very overwhelmed with the choices, prices and everything else that must be considered when replacing a vehicle for a family of 4 including 2 teenagers (one who is ready to start driving herself). I had already had a couple bad experiences in different dealerships in Western Mass. You know that sick to your stomach feeling, that feeling of pressure from the sales person who has convinced part of your brain that they somehow know better than you, what you need and therefore they WILL sell you this vehicle and they actually say that - out loud. to you. THIS WAS NEVER the way we felt during our time at the Destination Kia dealership. We felt comfortable, not pressured, and at ease in mapping out our terms. Chris Bucher, our sales consultant dealt with us in a very respectable and professional way. In addition, he was very personable and welcoming. Chris Bucher worked hard, and put in extra time, and effort to get us the vehicle we wanted at the price and terms we could afford. The mechanics and detailers in the shop had our car ready to go that day and we drove it off the lot within 7 hours of first test driving. I also have to mention Anthony Liguori who works on the financing portion of the sale. He also had the same personable, welcoming attitude that Chris first met us with. In detailing the terms of the sale he was patient and informative and thorough. He never glossed over any of the terms and never rushed through any explanations. Since buying the car we have had to contact Chris on a couple of matters regarding plates and registration. He has always returned our texts and/or phone calls promptly and with the same focus on customer service that he first met us with. Thank you for this positive experience! More

I was so very happy to find a family like Kia dealership I woke up Wednesday morning to go to work and left my Apt. To get in my car and it was stolen and so Ivdidnt know what to do at the moment but then I I woke up Wednesday morning to go to work and left my Apt. He was like a brother to me because I didn't sknow which way to go to get a new car but he was awesome he definitely worked his magic and I was able to finance a brand new car, to me that was like getting a new toy for Christmas, he made me comfortable and relaxed and the feelings I haven't had in over quite a few years.
