Lamb visit/purchase Pat and I visited Destination KIA on Saturday May 24, 2014 after receiving a coupon in the mail for very attractive pricing on a KIA. We were warmly greeted by dealership personnel and were asked the purpose of our visit. We replied that we were there to possibly purchase a KIA based on the pricing we received by mail. We were then asked about the features, etc. we desired. Steve then brought up a car from inventory that closely matched our requirements which included a 3 year lease price for about $200/month. After extensive discussion, we reached an agreement on pricing, including the value of our trade. Our car was then checked by the service department to make sure everything was in order, and we signed the papers and departed. Both Pat and I agreed that it was a very good experience and we are extremely satisfied with our new car and the dealership and with all the dealership personnel we worked with. New kia Purchase I purchased a 2015 Kia Sorento, I was pleased with the availability to test drive 2 cars that I was interested in and the Sales reps patience with me I purchased a 2015 Kia Sorento, I was pleased with the availability to test drive 2 cars that I was interested in and the Sales reps patience with me as I asked several questions despite how busy the dealership was that day. He apologized mult times for any delays related to my wait for financing. I have 2 young children and fortunately they were very patient, as a single mom, I had to bring them with me. I would have liked a faster response to my financing application as that took a couple of hours to finalize but overall my experience was a positive one. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the quick responses to any email inquiry's that I made. I would recommend this dealership to others as well as a Kia. I came to your dealership based on a referral and am glad that I did. Thank you! More

As with my earlier experience this visit was very pleasant, professional and expeditious. I don't regret my decision to purchase the Optima in 2011 as its been a great car that's fun to drive. I'm new to the Albany area and I can say I'm very pleased with the service provided by the Destination team of professionals. Rick Grugan did a great job to understand my concerns, set proper expectations for me and kept me informed as the service was performed. Service was completed as promised and the car was delivered washed when I picked it up. Excellent job. I also need to add to my review the excellent service provided by Mark Vandenburgh providing courteous drop off and pick up from my office. This allowed me to be productive during the service visit which is another benefit I realize when working with Destination. Thank you very much! More

Kia Destination Experience I had to have a 45,000 mile check, an inspection and low and behold a rear brake job on the Kia Spectra. We were met by Kenny who courteously greeted us and pulled the car in for service. He explained everything clearly and efficiently, as well as the associated costs. The waiting area was clean and bright, and the magazines were from this decade. There was freshly made coffee which was just what I needed at 7 AM. It was as nice an experience as any car maintenance one could be! DB More

Ease of purchase My wife and I went to Destination KIA just as a start to look for a new vehicle. After trying a new KIA Optima and getting a price for a trade in, we were very pleased. So pleased in fact with every ones effort, not only did we buy the new Optima. I went back the next day and tried out a new Sorento. I also brought my truck in for an appraisal. To my surprise I had to do very little negotiating to get what I felt was a very good deal. I ended up purchasing the new Sorento. In two days we purchased two new vehicles! I would never have dreamed of it. Our salesman Romain Canuet and Dave Reali new car sales manager, were quite frankly "Excellent" to work with. I've been buying new vehicles for many many years and I have to say that this was the best I've ever felt walking out of a dealership! I truly would have to give this dealership, and both Romain Canuet and Dave Reali a 10 out of 10 on working with us and making us happy with every part of the deal! More

Never will buy a car here again Went for a sefvice and one of the sales men got into an accident with my car in the parking lot. There was no compensation and the associates were not at all apologetic toward their mistakes. I will never buy a car from here ever again. Having a brand new car that has been in the shop 7 times in 8 months is beyond xxxxxxxx. More
