I didn't really know what the girl's name was, she didn't seem very friendly. She handed me the papers at the end and just told me to sign them. It had a price on there but I was unsure because I thought I didn't have to pay for the first service. I had to wait until she came back so I could ask her about that. In the meantime, another guy in service answered my question. I had to ask why my car wasn't washed as it said it would be in the email that was sent to me, that was part of the deal. She said that maybe they didn't wash it because it was raining. So I had to have them bring my car back in so it could be washed, which made me have to wait some more for the car. Other than that I love my car. I hope the service isn't always going to be like this though. More

I would like to file a complaint against Destination Kia in Albany, NY and give a complement to Fuccillo Kia in Schenectady, NY.. I am a physician who currently owns six vehicles including three Kia vehicles and I have never been treated so rudely in my life by an auto dealership as I was today at Destination Kia. I was attempting to return my 2012 Kia Sorrento as the lease was expiring. I called Destination Kia and was told I could just drop it by since I was not leasing or purchasing another vehicle at this time. I then made plans as I live over an hour away and had to make special arrangements for someone to follow me to the dealer to drive me back home. When I showed up at the dealer I was met by the salesman and he asked me if I was interested in buying or leasing a new vehicle. I explained to him that I was driving another new Kia that I had bought for my daughter that she wasn't using right now and explained I would be interested in leasing another Kia in about 6 months. I was then told I needed an appointment to return the vehicle. I explained that when I called Destination Kia and spoke to a sales person, they had told me I did not need an appointment and I had come a long distance and needed to return the vehicle today. He then checked with his manager twice and was told again I needed an appointment. I then asked if I could make an appointment and he told me to call for one and refused to even make one there for me. I then said I was going to be filing a complaint against the dealership. He then put his arms up and walked away and refused to talk further with me telling me that it was his day off and he was not even supposed to be there. I then went out to the parking lot and called Fucillo Kia in Schenectady and they told me no appointment was necessary and to stop by and drop the vehicle off. I then dropped the vehicle by and the transaction went very smoothly and professionally in minutes. I give high marks for customer service at Fucillo Kia in Schenectady to manager Michael Bowers. In closing, I have never been treated so poorly as I was treated by Destination Kia in my 30 years of purchasing and leasing vehicles! To add insult to injury I got a call from a Destination Kia salesman as I was driving away asking if I wanted to buy a vehicle. I highly recommend remedial help for the Destination Kia staff educating them on courtesy and giving proper phone information when dealing with customers. I will never step foot in that dealership again! Please let me know that you got this complaint and what action is planned. I will also be posting my negative experience online in dealer rating sites and social media. I will be sure to lease and puchase all my future Kia vehicles from Fucillo Kia in Schenectady. More

Great service. Fast turn around. I walked into this dealership thinking that I was only test driving a Kia Optima. I walked out just a few hours later a brand new Kia Optima car owner. I had a great experience working with this dealership to obtain a new vehicle. I received top dollar for my trade which has not happened before with other dealerships. I was able to get into the exact car I wanted at a payment that worked best for me. The sales and finance staff were great to work with. Chris Bucher was my saleperson. He has a great attitude and was very helpful. He made sure that everything that needed to be done, like installing a car starter, was done before picking up the vehicle so I didn't have to make another trip for this service. The door greeter even remembered me on the day I picked up the vehicle even though I had only seen her once a few days prior. That kind of customer service goes a long way. More
I had an awesome experience at Destination Kia! As i was on my way in to work one day, i heard a loud grinding noise coming from the Passenger Side of my vehicle. I immediately brought the vehicle to the service department of Destination Kia and spoke with Kenny Lau. Kenny was extremely nice and well spoken. I explained to him the issues i was having and he immediately had a service tech examine the vehicle. Within twenty minutes, Kenny had a complete breakdown of what was wrong with the vehicle and how long it would take to repair. He even offered a shuttle service to take me to work and to pick me up once the vehicle was fixed! I will recommend Kenny & Destination Kia to everyone! More
I visited Destination Kia for warranty service on my Kia Borrego. While waiting, I decided to look at the new cars. I was approached by Mark Lewtschenko who asked me very politely if I had any questions h Borrego. While waiting, I decided to look at the new cars. I told Mark I was not really looking to purchase a new car, but I did have questions on the current models. I found Mark to be very easy to talk with and extremely knowledgable of the Kia product line. The more I looked at the 2014 Kia Sorento, the more I liked it. I told Mark that i would bring my wife to the dealership to show her the car. She was as impressed as I was and we found a vehicle in stock with the color and options we wanted. We decided to see if we could put a deal together. With the help of Mark and Shaun Collins who had some great ideas on how to structure the deal we made our decision to purchase the car and later on in the day we picked up our new vehicle. The crew who made the car ready for delivery did an outstanding job and all the paperwork was in order and very well explained to us. All in all this was a great car buying experience. More
