Nick understood that I have been dissatisfied in previous dealings with what used to be called the "Smart Deal Network," and I promised myself that I wouldn't buy another vehicle from them. We purchased a 2011 Kia Optima. This is the first used car we have purchased from this dealership. Previously we purchased 3 new Suzuki Kizashi's. I currently own '07 Kia Optima and was window shopping for a '13 model. Lot of nice changes!!!! Jason Sanabria introduced himself, asked what I might be looking for and set me up for a ride in a shopping for a '13 model. Lot of nice changes!!!! Jason Sanabria introduced himself, asked what I might be looking for and set me up for a ride in a new Optima. Got back from my ride and Jason explained everything and my best options. Conversation was very informal and I never felt pressured into making a decision. I went with a lease and ended up keeping my current car.
