This is my 2nd vehicle in the past 2 years from this dealership and that alone should explain my review. The atmosphere within the place is great and inviting. We have been trying to get a leaking tire fixed for over a month now. It took a bad review on Facebook to finally get a call back. The GM said he would get it taken care of. Someone called my wife to make a a month now. It took a bad review on Facebook to finally get a call back. The GM said he would get it taken care of. Someone called my wife to make an appointment and told her that his boss said it would be taken care of at no charge. My wife made special arrangements with her employer on a Saturday to get our Telluride to the appointment only to be told that it was actually going to cost us over $300. We did not have the money for that, which was the reason we asked about cost during the appointment phone call. They then put our Telluride through the car wash and sent my wife on her way. THEY DIDN'T EVEN FILL THE TIRE WITH AIR BEFORE SHE LEFT. She had to stop a mile down the road and fill it herself. Destination Kia SUCKS!!! I don't even know if I still want to own a Kia because of this experience. 100 percent unsatisfied! More
