I’m extremely disappointed with my most recent service experience at Destination Kia. I have generally always had good experiences (especially working with Marshall in service) but this most recent time experience at Destination Kia. I have generally always had good experiences (especially working with Marshall in service) but this most recent time I had a service appt scheduled weeks in advance because parts needed to be ordered for my Stinger… no big deal. I received a reminder confirmation phone call on Thursday morning from (Brianna?) before my service appt… great! At 5pm Thursday night (the night before my 8am Friday morning appt) I received a phone call (I do not remember the gentleman’s name) stating that my service appt needed to be cancelled because they did not have a service tech to install the parts on my vehicle. I explained how this was an issue because I already changed my plans weeks in advance to accommodate this original appt work… an apology was given, but no solutions provided. I asked when the next appt was available, the representative politely told me it was nearly 3 weeks later. I stated that was the earliest time… explaining that it wasn’t my fault there was not a tech available. Yes he stated, he said big I wanted to I could drop my car off and leave it and they would try to have a tech get to it whenever they have time… ok… I said no problem, as long as I could have a loaner vehicle until mine is fixed… I work full time and have two young children… I use my vehicle to get back and forth from work and transporting my kids where they need to go. He said unfortunately Kia doesn’t do loaner vehicles. Either your service model is not customer and solution oriented or this representative could use more training or be empowered to find solutions that are more customer centric. The person I spoke to was not rude at all, but I did not feel that he was trying to actively solve any problems nor reinforce to me why I changed car brands to get a Kia Stinger. More

Prompt and friendly service. It took about an hour and a half for an oil change but I don’t mind waiting for great service. I went in for an oil change, Was in an out at an hour and a half. Said they would top off my fluids, But when I left washer fluid indicator so they did not do that. Other than that, it was fine.
