I WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I've been buying cars for 40 years and never had such a bad experience as I have at this dealership with their Service Dept. All the reviews said to stay away and yet I ended up buying a vehicle in 2020 since it was during the pandemic but it was 0% interest. That's the ONLY good thing about the place. Last year I had my car in for routine maintenance. I had to call 6 times to find out if my service was complete. I left 6 messages with the various women (very nice) who answer the phone. The last time I called I had to tell them if I didn't hear from someone within the next 30 minutes I would be going down to the dealership and causing a scene. Low and behold I FINALLY received a call back and was told by the service rep that he nor anyone else ever got my messages! I highly doubt that the women who answered the phones never gave my messages to someone in the Service Dept. THE FIRST LIE I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE DEPT. Since I wrote a bad review, the manager gave me a free service email that I could present next time I was in for an oil change and inspection. Since I don't drive far, I didn't have to come back to the Liarship, I mean Dealership for a year. My inspection is up at the end of April. I brought my car in for routine maintenance and car inspection the last week in April 2022. Now I know how this Dealership operates but I decided I wanted the service to be free so I went ahead and made the appointment anyway. My service rep. was Briana and honestly, she seems like the only one who gives a xxxx at the place since she gave me A+ service and I left impressed. Eight days later, I noticed that my car still had the old inspection sticker on it! I didn't check when Briana went over the service which is my fault for assuming something was done that I requested. I called the Dealership 8 days later quite upset and asked for Briana. I was put on hold for over 9 minutes and no one ever picked up the phone! I called back and Jim from the Service Dept. answered. I admit I was quite pissed off and proceeded to rip him a new one. He gave it right back to me and told me that Briana was out for a week but that her paperwork reflected that I declined the NYS inspection! I asked him why would I do that if my inspection was running out in 4 days? He said he didn't know but when she told me that they topped off all fluids it DOES NOT MEAN a NYS inspection! I asked Jim what was the Service Department's problem and he snarled "If you find the service so bad and you don't like it you can always go somewhere else, no one is telling you to get your car serviced here". I also mentioned that one of the mechanics must have scratched my car while working on it and he told me "That's the first I'm hearing about it". I told him Briana and another service rep. acknowledged the scratch was not there when I brought it in and Jim said "nothing you can do about it, go ahead and try to prove it". Shortly thereafter, I arrived at the dealership and Briana took care of me immediately. I told her what Jim said and she told me she never once said I declined the service. I never did find out why my car inspection was overlooked, but when I brought it back that day, it was inspected within 10 minutes. I am still waiting for a call to come in to get my scratch, that they caused, buffed out. Once that is done, I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT SEEM TO CARE THERE ARE THE RECEPTIONISTS AND BRIANA. DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS WHEN THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER DEALERSHIPS IN THE AREA! I know a lot of people and believe me I am spreading the word about this dealership. I was surprised to learn that other people have had the same bad service there. It’s a total shock to me that this place still exists since I’ve heard nothing but bad things about the dealership. I regret not recording my conversation with Jim and also not taking full pictures of my vehicle before I dropped it off for inspection. If you do go there, I would suggest recording them and taking pictures to cover yourself. UPDATE: As of June 9, 2022, no one has called me from the dealership to schedule an appointment to buff out the scratch that the dealership put on my car between April 26-27. AGAIN, THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. LIKE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS I’VE READ SAID, ONCE YOU BUY A CAR FROM THEM, THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU AFTER THAT. SO VERY TRUE More

Engine light was flashing and we were stranded in middle of the road. The team took care of the car as soon as they could.
