The sales people are always great, especially Max who I dealt with. Per the questionnaire I am not sure who Adam Dawson is. My issue is the time that is spent in the dealership. Yesterday I was in to fill out my paperwork to finalize sale and I was there for an hour most of the time sitting waiting even though staff was not with other customers. Finally having to physically come in to just get my final price for buying out my lease when all I was given was a piece of paper showing the info and we are still in a pandemic. More
