Always get great service and thorough explanation when I have diagnoses and warranty work done. My only complaint is this last visit I have a mopar credit card with a rewards program. Top Notch Care Living two hours away, Ed and the team at Deur-Speet were more than willing to work with me over the phone answering any questions and taking pictures Living two hours away, Ed and the team at Deur-Speet were more than willing to work with me over the phone answering any questions and taking pictures of the Durango we were interested in. After a few conversations, we put money down on a vehicle we never saw in person. We weren't quite sure about the color (Ivory Tri-Coat), but we were assured there was no requirement to buy if we weren't happy when we got there. Ed made sure all the details were ready for the day we arrived. It was dark and snowing when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle inside the dealership where it was warm, dry, and brightly lit. The vehicle was extremely clean, in excellent condition, and the Ivory color was even better than the pictures Ed shared with us! After taking the vehicle for a test drive, we came back to the dealership and found the paperwork ready to go. It was the far and away the best and fastest experience we've ever had. We are delighted to show off the Deur-Speet license plate holder on the car. Great work guys!! More

Over the top I had a recurring problem with my car. It may or may not have been manufacturer related. All of the people that worked on it were as concerned about I had a recurring problem with my car. It may or may not have been manufacturer related. All of the people that worked on it were as concerned about getting to the bottom of it as I was. They were extremely courteous and helpful, always concerned with my experience. They not only solved the problem at no expense to me but made sure that I was inconvenienced as little as possible. These guys are a picture of great customer service.
