Everyone was nice, but 4 hours for an oil change, fuel filter change,and tire rotation is ridiculous-as was the $335 bill-just to not be ready? Buying the vehicle was good. Service wise is horrible. No communication. My vehicle was in service 2 times in 2 weeks. Took 45 minutes to drop my car off and 45 minutes to pick it up. I was there at 7am when they open, but the service representative wasn’t. That contributed to the long drop off time. Maybe other dealers are the same, but I felt the cost of my repair was excessive. My car had additional issues that I don’t recall having the very same day I picked it up. Another thing that was disappointing was the condition of my car when I got it back. I brought it in clean as can be and when I picked it up after seven days, it was filthy. I don’t feel they respected my car. Unfortunately, this was the closest dealer to me due to transportation back home. I wasn’t happy with their service when it was Crest Chevrolet and the quality hasn’t changed. Unless I’m forced to, I don’t wish to return. More
My service advisor Eddie Was exceptional during the entire process. He is an amazing worker very attentive and answered every call and question that I had.
