Duane is patient and has done everything possible to make sure I had the best deal possible on my new lease. Duane is not pushy when it comes to making a deal and is honest, two qualities that I highly respect in a person and salesperson. I inquired with other local dealerships (both Chevy and Ford) to make sure I was getting the best deal possible and the competition wasn’t even close and one actually told me they couldn’t touch the quotes that Duane had given me. "Worked" on my car for over a month Car service keep my car for over a month. I paid 700 dollars for the service and my GMC Terrain was not fixed. Dealership returned my car twice on Fridays and my car left me stranded on Saturdays. I'm not sure if their technician could fix my car or if it simply was not a priority since I had already paid. I talked to the manager and all he said was to take it back in. I had to look somewhere else since my rental car bills also are adding up and I was not getting any closer to having my car working.
