One of my biggest fears is having to deal with a pushy, over-zealous, uninformed sales person when I buy a car. It is the exact opposite with Chris. I had a very positive experience buying a very nice 2011 GTI from Justin Brainerd at Dick Hannah. I had shopped around at quite a few dealerships and ended up visiting this dealership three times as I nar GTI from Justin Brainerd at Dick Hannah. Justin stood out as the salesperson who was the least pushy, the most informative, and the most concerned with finding the right car for my needs and budget. A few of the more junior salesman at the dealership came across as either too chummy or too nervous for my taste, but I never got the impression that anyone was being dishonest with me. My experience with the finance end was also quite quick and painless, and I was not made to feel guilty about not buying the extras (tint, extended warranty, etc). More

As a first time new car buyer, I had a very smooth experience in leasing my new Passat from Ekai. He was very friendly, payed attention to what I wanted and tried to help me find something in my price experience in leasing my new Passat from Ekai. Six months later I'm very happy with my car. My only reason for not rating the overall experience a 5/5 was that I had a fairly long wait to get through the financing process, because the dealership was fairly busy that particular evening I guess, but they were very apologetic and I could tell they sincerely cared about delivering quality customer service. I will not hesitate to come back to Ekai and Dick Hannah for future business, and I've already referred a family member, who was very happy with their new Jetta as well. More
