However, I have trouble understanding if these Chrysler products are being tested before transported to a dealer lot? My new truck has been with me for only one week and it’s in service. Tire repair took 4 hours - plus store does not have inventor I was told my tire was ready and it wouldn’t take only a few minutes then my daughter waited 3 hours only to be told they had the wrong tire. I had t I was told my tire was ready and it wouldn’t take only a few minutes then my daughter waited 3 hours only to be told they had the wrong tire. I had to come back and wait over an hour to have the correct tire installed. Also I go to this dealership because you can earn point to there store that sells Chrysler shirts, hats etc. However there store has not had any inventory for 6 to 8 months. The points are worthless. More

I had a problem with my wife's van and had already gone thru the less expensive repair options and fairly convinced it needed a new head or head work. Come to find out some of the new parts I put on must have been bad. They could have taken me for a lot but insisted in try this first. Ultimately saved me alot and earned my trust. More
