Lack of Communication I have purchased multiple vehicles from Dick Scott Dodge and had all of them serviced there since 1999. The sales team is great, especially Jacin Lohm I have purchased multiple vehicles from Dick Scott Dodge and had all of them serviced there since 1999. The sales team is great, especially Jacin Lohman who has sold my wife and I several vehicles. He is a normal person, and not pushy at all. Harley Wood in the service department is another star employee that has always been a big help to my wife and I. In the last 6-9 months the service department has become extremely difficult to work with. Communication to keep you updated with the status of your vehicle is lacking. They had my vehicle in their shop for almost a month. I picked it up only to have it towed back to the dealership on the same day after being stranded on the expressway. Again the vehicle was there for almost a month with little to no communication unless you contact them to ask the status. When a vehicle is there for an extended period of time it would be nice to get updates along the way so you know you haven't been forgotten about. More

oil change ok. wanted a car wash, was told possible in 10 or 15 minutes but only 1 person available to wash cars and he is busy. Also told because it might rain, we don't wash cars if looks like rain, I was quite taken aback by this and found sales manager, relayed this remark from service to him. To his credit he was not happy and went into service to remedy the situation and I was able to get a car wash. I know that when a paying customer wants a wash, they get one. The person I spoke to on the wash was not the same service adviser that handled the oil change. Although I did get the wash, I was rather amazed at the way the service department did not want to accommodate my request, and did mention this to others. This is my second lease vehicle through Larry (in sales) and the fifth by my family. Not a good practice to pursue. Harley had no involvement in the car wash fiasco. More
3 days to replace a battery They blamed it on corporate not supporting them with batteries. Said it would take 3days to get a battery . Service was good. Setting up the appointment was not! The recall issue was solved immediately. Waited several minutes before anybody answered the phone as I was attempting to make the appointment. When I did get through to someone and the person was rude and I had to hang up on him. I called again the next day and got a very friendly and quick response and setting up my appointment. More
