Helpful and courteous service I live in Ohio and I'm working in the Detroit area. When my a/c went out, I call Dick Scott to see if there was anything they could do for me on shor I live in Ohio and I'm working in the Detroit area. When my a/c went out, I call Dick Scott to see if there was anything they could do for me on short notice. It was a Wednesday and I had to drive back to Ohio on Friday and was dreading the trip with no a/c. They were very nice on the phone and had me come down to assess the problem. They got me a rental car for the day and had my car ready on Thursday. My experience with everyone I spoke to was very positive and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Definitely would use them again if I have another issue. More

Horrible service!!! $1300 dollars and clear car was not road tested as front wheel alignment is worse than when came in, engine light just came on and rear wiper not repl $1300 dollars and clear car was not road tested as front wheel alignment is worse than when came in, engine light just came on and rear wiper not replaced. I was depending on you guys doing a great job that’s why I took Friday off in preparation for Sunday car trip. Within 10 mins of driving this morning, alignment was clearing out, pulling bad to left, engine light came on. Incredibly disappointed, and with this car at 120k and my three boys coming up, I was looking for a long term dealership. Lots of options and I won’t be back. More
