Extremely Helpful! I orignally spoke with Katie on the phone. She helped me narrow down the right vehicle for me and it made me very excited to come in and see it. Took my 2017 Chrysler 300 in for radio problems. It took 5 days for the car to get repaired and was not offered a free rental until I called to see what was taking so long to get the radio replaced.
