poor after delivery experience At the time of delivery I didn't verify that the UConnect system worked playing a dvd - it stops playing shortly after it starts up and the reboots. I At the time of delivery I didn't verify that the UConnect system worked playing a dvd - it stops playing shortly after it starts up and the reboots. I got a survey form Chrysler an gave poor marks indicating that I think the dealership should be responsible for verifying all the componets of a car work prior to a customer taking delivery. Apparently those negative remarks mean something as I was contacted by salesperson (Holly) and new car sales manager Eric. Eric promised that he would look into the issue and get back with me - I have let to hear back from him. Holly replied that she felt it wasn't the dealers responsibility to ensure that the dvd worked - it was on the factory to inspect the vehicle. To me this shows poor accountability and an unwillingness to address issues More

Poor customer service Our sales person was not real informative on the options offered with the vehicle we purchased. Nothing was explained to us and I had several questio Our sales person was not real informative on the options offered with the vehicle we purchased. Nothing was explained to us and I had several questions after taking the vehicle home. This should have all been explained to us before picking up the vehicle. Also, we had an appointment and it still took 2 hours or so to close. We had already done an application and got most of the paperwork done with our first visit so there was no reason it should have taken so long. Then while signing the closing documents the person made a mistake and said we had to resign again because he accidentally added another option which cost us more money. We ended up keeping it, but that is besides the point. The option was to add rust protection to the car which should have been offered before the closing, because this required me to come back to get done. If offered before closing it would have already been done before we picked up the car. Then I was told from our sales person that someone would call me to set up an appointment to schedule the rust proofing and no one did. It took me a few phone calls to get this scheduled. Then when I showed up they had no knowledge of me or why I was there after I was told I would be all set over the phone. When I went to pick up my car after the rust proofing service, they again could not find me in the system and at that point I realized I would never buy another vehicle from this dealer again. The manager did speak to me as I was leaving because he knew I had a poor experience which I will say I did appreciate. However, none of this should have happened in the fist place. More
