My car key was lost. My granddaughter paid these people $221.54 for a cut and programmed key. So far, I have been able to get an uncut, unprogrammed key that won't do anything. They won't help me and won't refund the money after 7 hours of trying to get help on the phone. The person I spoke to on the phone seemed to be trying not to laugh at me that they had stiffed me for the money! And the manager wasn't available and hasn't called back. BTW, these people won't accept a rating unless you click that you would recommend the service. I wouldn't! But I clicked it to warn you! And I didn't get the name of the person I spoke to, but they wouldn't let me post this without choosing someone. More
