Happy and content with my experience with my salesman Jerry at Dick Scott. He was on top it from the time I pulled into the parking lot to view my new Jeep, to the moment I left after signing all the pap Jerry at Dick Scott. He was a pleasure and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and my Jeep was there. As a customer who walked in with financing secured, I do feel the financing manager could have shown a more pleasant attitude to a new customer such as myself that was firm in using my own financing. I wasn’t allowed to place a deposit on the vehicle I had intended on purchasing for whatever reason. Being in a car accident and no choice but to purchase a new vehicle. You would think at such a pricey purchase, care, concern and courtesy would be extended from a manager to a new customer. However, Jerry’s wonderful service allowed me to focus on having a smooth transition. And I value that, not only as a customer but also a Stellantis worker. Thank you Jerry for being amazing! Dick Scott did a great job repairing my 2010 PT Cruiser. In January, my left front tie rods broke. (Thank you, potholes!)
